Various people from different societies and professional groups are involved in activities undertaken by the Spiska Confederation. Among others there is a large group of entrepreneurs who are the core of an organisation set up by the Archbishop Metropolitan of Wrocław named the Polish Confederation of Catholic Entrepreneurs.
